Why can't Yoda speak proper English?

The other day I saw Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith. And I realized that I always wondered why Yoda can't speak proper English. So I'm polling the users of this forum to help me decide. If you choose "other" than please leave a message on why you think he can't speak well. Also, do you think Yoda will ever learn to speak English well? It's a great mystery. In the words of Jedi Master Yoda(who for some reason doesn't have a last name): Learn to speak good English I must. I'm amazed I got through that without pezzilla setting my p.c. on.....NOOOOOOOOO PEZZILLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think its other because i think yoda got so much power he blew up his vocal cords


so he bpught new ones but they were screwed up and he got bad dental hygeine


but how did that get messed up?
